Return Policy
• Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Return Conditions:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (including tags and packaging).
• Items must not be damaged, stained, or have any unpleasant odors.
• Return Process:
1. Please submit your return request via our customer service email service@gracefulmama.com or through the contact page on our website.
2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
3. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return address and further instructions.
4. Please securely package the item(s) and include your order number to help us process your return promptly.
Note: The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.
Exchange Policy
• Exchange Conditions:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Exchanges are only available for size or color changes. Other reasons are not eligible for exchange.
• Exchange Process:
1. Please contact service@gracefulmama.com to request an exchange.
2. Provide your order number, product details, and the size/color of the item you wish to exchange for.
3. Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with the return address.
Refund Policy
• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Damaged Products During Shipping

Important Notes
• We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
• Hygiene products that have been opened, such as nursing bras or underwear.
• Items that are returned after the return window has passed.
• Items that are damaged or soiled due to customer mishandling.
